The Friends of IB Neighborhood Center

The Imperial Beach Neighborhood Center currently serves the IB community in a variety of capacities. Their monthly food distribution combined with the food pantry serves well over 500 families.

Monthly food distribution – Food pantry – Saturday showers for the unsheltered including breakfast, supplies and packed lunch

Sunday worship services – Counseling – and more.

Imperial Beach Neighborhood Center Executive Director, John Griffin-Atil, is working with a group of community members who support the IB Neighborhood Center called The Friends of IB Neighborhood Center. This is an association of individuals who  volunteer their time and/or donate to the Center as it expands to serve the community.
You can sign up to volunteer or simply donate to their charity. Donate monthly to become an ongoing sponsor.

Volunteer opportunities include: helping with monthly food distribution, gathering clothing/supply donations from friends and neighbors and delivering to IBNC, pantry volunteers and more.
